Neocortex: Yao et al 2021 “Allen Brain Map” (10X genomics mouse)

  • Single-cell RNAseq study of the mouse neocortex identifying 377 cell-types.
  • The 377 cell-types were are grouped according to major cell-types. Glutamatergic neurons can be searched by broad region and projection, GABAergic neurons can be searched by subtype. Non-neuronal cells can be searched according to cell type.
